Bodymovement 2018!

Hello!

2018 is the year for feeling good, embodied and happy. Of course we can also feel all the other bag of emotions... But let's push ourselves to enjoy and learn together!

This year, Bodymovement will be focusing on using breath to relax the body, stretching, improv, getting the blood moving, some contact improv, having live music and having different types of classes.
